We made our Tajik visa in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. the embassy (Abdullah Qahur AttaVI 61, 11AM-1PM Monday-Friday) is not too far from the Tashkent (train station) metro station. We got our Uzbek visas in Baku. we ordered the Letter Of Invitation (LOI) already in Tbilisi. the letter costs 35$ through stantours.com, note: in Tbilisi the bank will charge a commission rate of about 1/3 of the amount, for money transfer. in Baku we went to the Uzbek embassy (bus #3 next to Icheshehir Metro station, just ask [...]
