Since the regulation changed lately the visa requires an LOI. it can be purchased, expensively, from stantours. or from a Tbilisi travel agent Vanilla Sky. there are more companies, I had mine through Vanilla Sky. Cheap public transportation
Very nice and helpful people
Diverse and welcoming attractions
Never felt cheated
Bads:
Accomodations - not cheap (20 GEL usually)
Khachapuri - not always fresh
Crossing the street = Kamikazi
Poor English
Smoking - everywhere and all the time

Bear-Dreams in Borjomi

Hardly catching the last Marshutka (19:00PM, Didube station, 7 GEL, 2.5hr) we arrived at Borjomi pretty late. 3 local policemen took us in their police-car, summing at 6 people, and helped us find Marina’s home-stay.
