Xinning: Lee Youth Hostel: (Lonely Planet). 30RMB for a dorm. a little hard to find. show the address to locals, not just the hostel’s name. a DVD lounge, hot water and information from Tibetan Connections (a travel agent located in the hostel) available. it’s one of those big buildings behind the big football field.
