Lagman (pulled noodles) recipe

Ingridiants:
1.5-2 Kg flour
1 Liter water
2-3 Spoons of salt
Method:
1. Mix all of the above, until you get a big consistant chunk of dough.
2. Wait at least 30 minutes.
3. Rub some oil on your fingers.
